For the newer students we have uploaded 3 videos which will show you the basic grips and pins we use in the national grading syllabus, plus a walk through of all the techniques required for 5th & 4th Kyu gradings. The videos show you, of the many variations you might see in the dojo, which foundation movements you are required to demonstrate during a grading.
